After 14 years in the property world—bouncing between buzzing high street agencies and the gritty (but rewarding) guaranteed rent and rent-to-rent industry—I noticed something that just didn’t sit right.
Everyone was overcomplicating things.
Landlords, vendors, and investors weren’t after shiny brochures or three different office managers arguing over a postcode—they just wanted one trusted person who could get the job done properly.
That’s where the idea for Prophoria Property Group was born. A no-fuss, relationship-led property company that cuts out the middlemen and postcode politics, and brings everything under one roof.
